    I decided I needed two things: a clean, crisp palate cleanser after what was a fairly disappointing stout, and brunch.

    The beer: Southern Drawl, by Great Raft, and courtesy of @JamesStreet . I've been to Shreveport once in my life, but I can't say I tried any of their beer on that trip. This is pretty pleasant.

    The food: olive loaf sliced ciabatta, topped with sharp cheddar, VT horseradish cheddar, and a sad attempt at over medium eggs (I am the worst at flipping eggs! :flushed:).

    I only purchased two bottles (Ourison & Shambolic) and a 4-pack (Trendler Pils) at Tired Hands. I did try quite a few on site, I was impressed! You guys are lucky to have such a great brewery close by!

    Unfortunately, I didn't read the "DO NOT AGE" warning on the label when I unpacked this one from a beer haul in April. So I should have drank this months ago but it's still decent. A lot of heat on the back end plus a little thin. Cheers!
