Well, I know all too well what it's like sitting here pining over what the cool kids are drinking. So, if I can help a brother och sister out, I will!

Time for a beer while I grill a few steaks. I'm going to be burning a lot of coals this week!

Thanks, Costco prime. The beef brisket yesterday was as well. They're a good alternative to when I can't make it to my favorite mom and pop places. Cheers!

Good? It is a great alternative to cook at home. Most restaurants are using what is called "select" grade. I get all my steaks and roasts from Costco. Only beef, though. They have a nice Prime whole sirloin there.

My experience with the beef I've purchased has been more than satisfactory. The brisket yesterday was money!
