haha sorry for giving you so much shit, we all had a lot of fun and had so many good beers to pass around. Thanks for putting up with me and my people. I think the late 300s - early 400s is where it was at!

You keep saying Bait and Switch, but the brewery didn't actually use that tactic..

You seem to be part of the vast minority on the topic as well..

Late 300s-early 400s were a group of people just pulling out craziness, and all in good moods even if they weren't going to get beer. Highlight of the day for me.

Let's stop talking about the case cutting... the people who waited arnt happy.. those who came later are.. done. Lets get to more fun stories such as this doughnut gate thing. I had my avatar printed out and name written on a small poster and met a few BA's with it! More should do that, it was awesome. One highlight for me was my slightly intoxicated friend asking one of the garlic pretzel ladies for her coffee. She said,"Oh it is cold, how about I come back after I sell some pretzels and take you to get some coffee". My friend was all about this because he wanted to warm up and he had it in his head that she was maybe interested in him. About and hour later she walked by and he yells out, "Hey what happened to the coffee!?". She actually handed him a fresh cup she went out and bought for him! This was amazing. Sadly he was kinda dissapointed because he thought maybe she wanted to take advantage of him on the way to the place.

Where is everyone who is saying that this is not "bait and switch" getting their definitions? Are you simply Googling it? If you look through some case law there are many more facets to bait and switch than simply switching the product.

Minus Donut Gate (I was the person getting delivered the donut), my highlights were the guy who backed his car into another car, then just proceeded to sit in it and sleep and the guy (With the Chicago Bears sweatshirt) who puked, stumbled to into his car, slept about an hour, got out, pissed on the wall (While being heckled the entire time), and proceeded to get back in his car to sleep.

Anyone who thinks they have a case is welcome to file suit against Founders.

EDIT: Case in the legal sense. If you have a case of KBS, please BM me.

I am not implying this at all! I simply want clarification, in defense of those who used bait and switch, on why this is not bait and switch, as after some brief checking it would appear that this could qualify as bait and switch.

I saw the box of donuts when I got to the back of the building as well... and saw one of the guys in front of me eat one. Guess they couldn't have been that dirty, ha!

This is my thoughts. When it gets that big of an ordeal, I would cut off brewery sales. I dont think they need to do the brewery sale. It was probably a nod to the locals but got a bit out of control. That place is usually packed, I don't think they need it for the extra business. Or do it Bell's style and release it without telling anybody, and limit to a 4 pack per person.

Trust me, it had to have been pretty dirty. This guy will eat almost anything. Im sure if he knew it had peanut butter or something in it he would have eaten it even if it was dropped in a mud puddle.
