Outstanding radler! Flavors of big lightly tart cranberry, lemon, orange, grapefruit, and citrus zest; with moderate wheat, cracker, light honey malt; with some light peppery/herbal hop and fruity/earthy yeast notes. Light herbal/spicy bitterness and fruit tartness on the finish. Light-medium bodied; nice grainy wheat creaminess; light fruit acidity and stickiness in the mouthfeel. Super bright, crisp, and refreshing. Not really all that dry. The mouthfeel is amazing. This is way more flavorful with a fuller body than the Ginger-lemon. I love this one! Will buy more again soon. This should have been a summer seasonal.

Great classic tasting Gose as always. Flavors of lightly tart lemon, lime, grapefruit, pear, green apple, orange peel, coriander, sea salt, wheat, cracker, herbal, grass, and yeast earthiness. Light fruit tartness, citrus peel bitterness, and earthy spice on the finish; very smooth and crisp; with light wheat creaminess and balanced acidity/salinity in the mouthfeel. Light-medium dryness. Medium carb/light-medium bodied. A really spot on example of the style. Not as acidic as most of the other American made Gose; but still has a solid amount. Extremely refreshing! We finally started seeing fresher batches around lately. Always love it, but slightly prefer the Anderson Valley as far as a go-to style pick.

Awesome saison! Aromas and flavors of big grapefruit, tangerine, lemon/orange peel, mango, melon, apple, coriander, peppercorn, and clove; with moderate wheat, cracker, rye bread malt; floral/grassy hop and yeasty earthiness. Moderately peppery yeast and a fair amount of grassy/citrus peel bitterness on the finish. Light-medium bodied; nice grainy wheat creaminess and light hop stickiness in the mouthfeel. Very crisp and moderately dry finish; never bone dry. This has Citra hops and citrus peels in it. It is insanely bright on the hop/citrus notes, with great yeast complexity and nice malt presence for the ABV. Super refreshing and flavorful.

Always excellent IPA, one of my classic favorites. Flavors of bright grapefruit, tangerine, lemon zest, orange peel, citrus rind, pine, and spicy/floral hops; with light caramel/bready malt balance. Moderate pine/rind/grassy bitterness. Smooth, crisp, and sticky hop mouthfeel; with light grainy malt creaminess. Drying, lightly resinous finish. Great Cascade/Centennial/Willamette hop complexity all around. Definitely my most bought Lagunitas beer of all time. Been buying this as singles more often now, when I can find a good date code. Glad we have the Chicago brewery now, because they are way easier to get fresher than before.

Hazy does not equal great. That's a damn stellar beer by any measure.

Founders Breakfast Stout to rap up a birthday. The most rated beer on BA by over 800 ratings (and listed 11th on the Beer of Fame). Next in line is 90 Minute, rated 96th on the BOF.
Going out with Merle. I am sitting with my BA friends and talking to myself. Cheers BA!

Oh that looks good. I had no idea you could order it like that. Kind of a pastrami gift basket. I think I know what I want for Christmas.

My sister let me have one of these as thanks for sharing a couple of bombers I brought home with me on my last visit. Never had it before but I recall hearing people say it was a good one, and I've hardly had any hoppy beers lately so I've been wanting to open it up and try it ever since I got it to my fridge the other day.

...also my first winter seasonal beer of 2016, now that I think about it. New Belgium's Accumulation.

Appearance definitely has a "white IPA" look -- it's a bit hazy, nice layer of foam on top, pale in color. Sort of a dark yellow, not quite leaning into the orange range -- not sure if it's actually darker yellow in color or just appears a bit darker due to not being as clear as most beers in the yellow-gold color range. Smell is nice -- hops are the most noticeable thing, sort of a fruity-piney blend with a bit of spiciness peeking out at the end, not sure if that's also a hop thing or maybe a yeasty thing. Flavor is not quite as hop-focused as the smell, but they're definitely present -- some fruitiness early on and then more spicy hop flavors mixing in with a more wheaty sort of thing. Not noticing hardly any bitterness in this one. Maybe the tiniest little hint at the very end, right as the beer gets swallowed. Nice mouthfeel too -- in the "soft bubbly carbonation" range that I tend to really like.

Around the halfway point of the glass, I'm actually noticing the fruity flavors more than at first -- that's an interesting contrast with a lot of IPAs where the fruitiness stands out more right away but then tends to fade away into leafy and spicy sorts of flavors after a while. I guess my taste buds must be in the mood for hops today!

Really nice light drinkable hoppy beer. Now that I look at the bottle again I notice that it's just over 6% ABV -- wouldn't have guessed that if not for the slight stomach warmth I'm feeling now. Honestly kinda wishing I had a six-pack in my fridge rather than just this one bottle -- or at least a couple more mixed into a variety pack. Makes me wonder why I haven't picked up any of New Belgium's beers in a while... it seems like every time I get them, I'm reminded that I really like most of them, but then for some reason I rarely buy any.

Thought I was done posting but not drinking. Had too many dialogues with good folks and [IMG] felt I should post another.

I hope most folks do not read this until tomorrow.

Good thing I wasn't trying, because your pics are way better than mine. And what Dad doesn't know is that the bartender did all the work for properness . Though "hiring" the right people may be the quality he saw in me :stuck_out_tongue:.
