He returns the greeting! And (if I interpreted his sounds correctly) I think he wants to get a beer trade going :grinning:

My go-to amber ale. Haven't bought this in about 6 months, but it's always delicious. Flavors of caramel, toasted biscuit, and light nutty/brown sugar malts; with a fair amount of orange citrus, herbal, floral, and light peppery/piney hops. Light herbal/spicy/pine balancing bitterness on the finish. Medium bodied; nice bready Munich malt creaminess and light hop stickiness in the mouthfeel. Lightly drying. Extremely well balanced. This is a 100% classic for the style. Just got a 6 pack last weekend. Will try and do so more often. This and Porter are my most bought Bell's beers in the last few years. (also a classic for the American Porter style)

Amazing Gose as always. Flavors of big sour cherry, lemon, lime, green apple, wheat, cracker, coriander, sea salt, herbal, grass, and yeast earthiness. Nice sized fruity/lactic sour finish; balanced cherry/lacto acidity, salinity, and light grainy wheat creaminess in the mouthfeel. Highly drinkable despite acidity. Unlike last year, there are still a ton of packs still on the shelf right now. I will definitely grab more before I run out again.

Last years batch is tasting great! Got one left. Definitely mellowing out on the spruce, but not too much. Flavors of big lemon, grapefruit, orange peel, citrus rind, pepper, spruce, and pine; with some light-moderate honey/bready malt balance; and herbal/floral/grassy earthiness. Large sized pine/rind/spicy bitterness; increasingly dry sticky/resinous finish; with light malt creaminess in the mouthfeel. Bit of resiny hop and spruce astringency, but still very drinkable. A definite polarizing beer for sure, but I love weird beers as it is. Didn't grab any of this year's, but it'll be back next year; so I'm not too worried about it. Way too many other Short's singles I would rather be buying at the moment.

Always incredible. Flavors of nutty dark roasted coffee, milk chocolate, cocoa, vanilla, cream, caramel, toffee, dark bread, light smoke/char, and herbal/piney hops. Bittersweet balanced roast/char and herbal/piney hop finish; with an awesome medium-full bodied creamy/silky mouthfeel; with light sticky/chalky roasted dryness. This felt a bit too hoppy when I had it fresh at the beginning of the year, but this January dated batch tastes just as incredible as I remember the first time I had it years ago. Still has enormous amounts of coffee flavor and amazing complexity. Will continue grabbing this batch. Still a lot of them sitting around as singles, and that is my preferred way of buying beer lately.

Got a bunch of 1-2 left beers hanging out in the fridge. Gotta start clearing it out and making room for all the beer I've been buying this week! Oh, and I should probably stop buying beer. :stuck_out_tongue:

Last of a Zombie Dust six pack I bought when my brother and buddy came down in early November. Still tasting great. And going down too easily.

Year old Bells Winter White. Tastes like a pleasantly carbonated lemonade.
