Great IPA as always. Flavors of bright grapefruit, tangerine, lemon/orange peel, citrus rind, pepper, and pine hops; with some light caramel/bready malt balance; and herbal/floral/grassy hop earthiness. Moderate pine/citrus rind/spicy bitterness. Medium bodied; moderately sticky/resinous mouthfeel, with a fair amount of balancing malt creaminess. Moderate increasing resin dryness, zero hop astringency. Highly drinkable, and very juicy on hop flavors. Really classic tasting IPA. Glad for the can dating now, because this is an IPA I always will come back to. I think Columbus/Centennial is a very safe bet on hops; maybe a bit of Simcoe, you don't really get many tropical notes.

Excellent stout! Flavors of big milk/dark chocolate, cocoa, cinnamon, raisin, nutmeg, vanilla, caramel, toasted dark bread, and brown sugar; with lighter notes of coffee, toffee, smoke, and charred grains. Moderate roast/char and piney/spicy bitterness on the finish. Medium bodied; balanced malt creaminess, chalky roast/spice, and hop stickiness in the mouthfeel. Light-moderate increasing dryness from roast/hop bitterness. I like this just about as much as the base beer for the most part, but it has some really obvious differences. It seems to remove all late hopping and replace with the spice/flavor instead; since you still get the bitterness. Feels less aggressively roasty/bitter; in favor of the spice and toffee/vanilla notes. More residual sweetness, which helps showcase the flavoring better. I need to get more of this again soon.

Really nice Tripel! Been a few years since I last had it. Flavors of big lemon, peach, pear, apricot, apple, pepper, clove, and light banana/bubblegum yeast; with moderate honey, candi sugar, biscuity malts; and some light herbal/grassy hop earthiness. Moderate spicy yeast finish with light earthy hop bitterness. Medium bodied; balanced grainy malt creaminess and hop/yeast stickiness in the mouthfeel. Light-moderate spicy yeast dryness. Very well attenuated, balanced, and not overly sweet. One of the better American-made tripels I have had for sure. Will definitely buy this more often now. Really similar to the Dark Horse Sapient, but a bit less malty and more dry. I enjoy the Dark Horse pretty much just as much as this one.

My scale says otherwise. But there are a lot more reasons to drink than to not, no? ( I mean because the beer tastes so good nowadays - not for what most of you all were thinking, sheesh).

Not usually a big fan of Sebago (most of there's are either ehhh or decent) but I really liked this one (and Hop Swap). Fruity with a pleasing bitterness. Cheers!

A little off topic (but not really). Speaking of those war planes, especially the P-51's, and being a "watch hound" (every pilot needs one of these, or a timepiece from Bell & Ross!) ...

... the prop is actually the second hand and spins non-stop! ( I'm not a pilot but the Tiger Shark was always a bad butt looking plane, IMO.)

I also can't help but to remember that old WWII show with Robert Conrad, "Baa Baa Black Sheep" and the Corsairs which were the main focus.

Drinking two beers at once. Made a black ipa from some Sculpin and Brooklyn BCS. (About 70% Sculpin and 30% BCS). Pretty good I might say. Brings me back memories of Stone Sublimely Self Righteous. I definitely you guys to try this mix and play around with the ratios.
