2016 Dark Horse 4elf party.

I figured there was no chance in hell you'd make bell's by 7 but I had hope for you that things may have improved, looks like hope isn't good for much!

 

Been in line an hour and maybe got halfway up the line. Not even in the beer garden yet.

 

Just left. 568. About 50 behind me.

 

Well that was a good day. Good time drinking with people I know, people i know now, and people I didn't know.

Weather was cold. But if you're an adult and know to wear proper clothes you were good. I didn't even wear gloves most of the day and I was damn warm.

Sad to see a few bottles hit the ground and explode. Gloves + snowy bombers + wax seals was a recipe for disaster. More so when a friend trips then falls into some broken glass.

Dark Horse posted that 630 forms were turned in. If everyone pulled the full 2-case allotment, then there should be over 500 cases still available going into the party today.

I am wristband 79

 

Got there around 1032 am and got wristband 79. I am only getting the full allotment of Bourbrum both years and the barleywine. Getting only one case of BBP5th, due to an unexpected $575 car repair earlier in the week, otherwise I would get 2 cases.

 

Beer, blood, brotherhood.

I only did a case. So yeah. Plenty for others.

Echoing the other guys. Glad we were able to meet and hang out.

 

Arrived at 945 Saturday morning and received order form 671. This years Bourbrum, 3 Pairs, and 12-13-14 are still expected to be ready.

And of course BBPT5.

Expected pick up time is 430-500, but last year I picked up my order (791) at around that time.

 

There was a guy who had just moved here from New Hampshire, wearing what amounted to a sweatshirt and no jacket. I felt kinda bad. A few hours in he managed to borrow a pair of gigantic overalls from someone. He seemed to feel a lot better after that.

Good to know I did the worst of both worlds. Stood in a giant ass line for 2 hours, but didn't really bottle share.

Next year it's straight to Bells and 4 Elf in the morning.
