    I have not finished the Gouden Carolus Christmas I posted earlier. Nothing wrong with the taste, too heavy when you still want to taste another beer.
    Like this Brand Sylvester. Not as heavy compared to the Carolus.

    I took the day off to do some home improvements and of course it's time for day drinking. Opened up a Montmorency Cut from 2015 which is holding up really well. I had no trouble downing a full 750 of this.

    I like this beer fresh but the pink guava can get quite acidic after awhile. I've stashed one the past two years and I'm amazed at how well this tastes after six months. So smooth and drinkable with guava flavor that doesn't give you heart burn!

    Noticed while washing the new Three Floyd's glass in my last post that the logo and crest looks like the new sign out front which is a repurposed Old Style sign from the 1980's.

    Casey makes some amazing beer. I couldn't squeeze the tour and tasting in when I was passing through Glenwood Springs last fall, but I did bring a bunch home. Next year for sure! Cheers.....
