My go-to amber ale. Always delicious. Flavors of caramel, toasted biscuit, and light nutty/brown sugar malts; with a fair amount of orange citrus, herbal, floral, and light peppery/piney hops. Light-moderate herbal/spicy/pine balancing bitterness on the finish. Medium bodied; nice bready Munich malt creaminess and light hop stickiness in the mouthfeel. Lightly drying. Extremely well balanced. This is a 100% classic for the style. Almost finished off the 6 pack, need to buy it more often than I have been lately. This and Porter are my most bought Bell's beers in the last few years.

Great IPA as always. Flavors of bright grapefruit, tangerine, peach, lemon/orange peel, citrus rind, pepper, and pine hops; with some light caramel/bready malt balance; and herbal/floral/grassy hop earthiness. Moderate pine/rind/spicy bitterness. Medium bodied; moderately sticky/resinous mouthfeel, with a fair amount of balancing malt creaminess. Moderate increasing resin dryness, no hop astringency. Highly drinkable, and very juicy on hop flavors. Really classic tasting IPA. Glad for the can dating now, because this is an IPA I always come back to. Probably Columbus/Centennial hops; maybe a bit of Simcoe too.

Last years batch is still tasting awesome. Huge flavors of maple, molasses, chocolate, cocoa, caramel, toast, toffee, dark bread, raisin, plum, and light nuttiness; with light-moderate herbal/woody/spicy English hops and roast bitterness present on the finish. Medium-full bodied creamy/silky and lightly sticky/chalky mouthfeel; light dryness. Great bitter/sweetness balance. This stuff is so delicious. Great English brown ale complexity; balanced malt and fruity yeast notes, with solid hop presence. A bit more woody/earthy on the maple and hops this year, but still a spot on English imperial brown ale all around. One of my favorite Greenbush beers, along with Dystopia. Both are still on the shelf in some stores.

Amazing as always. Flavors of huge nutty medium roasted coffee, dark chocolate, cocoa, toasted oats, dark bread, and light molasses/smoke/char; with some herbal/piney hops. Perfectly bittersweet balanced finish between roast/hop notes. Medium-full body; very creamy and fairly sticky/chalky balanced mouthfeel; some silkiness and lightly increasing roasted dryness. Definitely mellowing out amazingly after 4 months. Balance between malt, coffee, and bitter hops is nearly perfect for this batch right now. Still widely available too.

Let me know what you think. I found it unlike anything I've ever experienced. A different animal altogether. Perfect with a rack of baby backs and some brown sugar baked beans.
