My friends have complained about Battle Priest, their failure to bottle date, and a bad experience they had at the pub. They wrote very simple "here is what happened and why I was disappointed" messages. Never heard a word back. Like I've said a thousand times, FFF's customer service is fucking non-existent.

    To quote Futurama:
"Our policy is: If for any reason you're not completely satisfied, I hate you."

Well it could be an isolated incident, as I am sure they get tons of emails and perhaps miss a few, or forget to back to someone. It would be interesting to see what an in person complaint would accomplish. Likely nothing, and their stance on customer service does seem to be that the customer should be servicing them, but I still won't pass too much judgement on an unanswered email.

I always figured BA Dark Lord was twice the beer Black Tuesday was, 5 times the beer Bourbon County or KBS was, and on par with Rare. At least that's what they seem to think...or the $$$ amount seems to imply. $50. You can get nearly 2 cases of Zombie Dust for that. I can get 5L of Ephraim for that at Hill Farmstead. I can rattle off tons of superior beer that I can get in greater volume at a lower $ figure. Just ridiculous. Three Fools.

Yes. It's a rant. I hate FFF. It's ok that others don't. I'm allowed to disagree with people and tend to on a lot of issues. Carry on.

Did they have Zombie Dust to go? Thinking of making my maiden voyage to FFF this week. Their website hasn't been updated in a couple days.

About a year ago I left FFF with two growlers of Zombie Dust. Upon returning to my house I realized that one of them had exploded in my back seat. I called the next day to explain what happened. They informed me that they had ran out of ZD but would call me when it returned and replace my growler. About 5 days later I received a voicemail to come pick up my growler. Not only did they give me another growler, they let me pick out a bomber of my choice on the house. I have never had a problem there either so I'm going to have to go ahead and disagree with non existent customer service. Also, if people don't want to pay $20 for what some describe as nail polish remover, here is a thought; don't buy it...

someone has to be the first to try it, and not everyone on the planet posts on BA. if it tastes as bad as everyone is saying it does, why the fuck did three floyds release it in the first place? there is no way they could have missed this.

what if it's a giant scheme to throw people off with their limited releases. It's like Russian roulette you could get a great beer or it could just be crap.

Similar to the scratch-off concept at DLD! You have an opportunity to win and buy good beer, otherwise you buy Darklord.

lolol we can take this even further. What if cause nick floyd hates people. He changed the recipe for DL to way to sweet just so that when everyone shows up for the hype they get the current DL and once everyone is like "uh this isn't good" and leave him a lone, he switches back to the 08 recipe.
