If anyone noticed my more-frequent-than-usual checkins yesterday, it's because I had the distinct pleasure of meeting up with GA-Kyle @UTvols05 down in NYC to hit a few bars (and split an order of "bacon wrapped bacon"). No pRon to post (we had agreed beforehand not to exchange beers, since he's flying today and not checking any bags), but the handshake tick and conversation was better than anything else I could have gotten. Thanks Kyle!

So apparently I angered @andreizm (wait, perhaps I made him happy, hard to tell) so much that he had to assault my porch. This is definitely a box from a brother from another mother as all these beers are in my wheelhouse.

I've been trying to get my hands on one of those Lagunitas with no luck, so that is very welcome to see. Never thought I'd see a Luscious in my fridge either. New IPAs are always welcome here, as is Revolution. Very excited for the Council, haven't had too much from them, Flanders are by far one of my favorite styles, and a aged Crooked Stave ('14) I'm very interested to drink. Can't wait to try Alvarado Street either, new ticks!

As I haven't had any beer in a few weeks to prepare for surgery (my rules, not theirs) I know these are going to be especially tasty in a few days.
