So I finally got to meet a couple of you at EBF even thought I only showed up at the share long enough to confirm that I had the correct room. I went down to the front desk to get my beer and was told it is illegal in Mass. to take outside alcohol up to the room. In my post EBF state, I decided that I didn't want to deal with it and grabbed a ride back to the place where I was staying. Sorry to those who I missed, and it was good to meet everyone I saw the next day.

Also, my toddler got sick on Saturday night and spent the whole night puking, so I never made it to Trillium on Sunday. I'm still going to pick a winner for my LIF, they might just need to wait a couple weeks until I can get a Trillium box from my buddy up there. I'll still make sure that someone gets to try some Trillium. I'll follow up shortly with a LIF winner.

I also received a great box from @Josholson666 today. I reached out and asked how hard it was to find hoppy TG stuff and he hooked me up with an awesome box. Looking forward to all of it!

When you enter that nugget (because TG loves to use old labels that are actually incorrect), it's actually NugMo, or Mosiac Golden Nugget. My favorite of that whole bunch, it's insane. Cheers man!

    Side note:

two boxes going out Monday, one will probably land Wednesday, while the other will get there on Thursday but possibly Friday. I'll have some pr0n tomorrow as well c/o @Devman171

So @Devman171 so graciously answered my call about the Veil Master Shredder release, which was a brewery I've been meaning to try for a long time. He told me he had me covered on a four pack and a glass, and god damn did he deliver.

    All new ticks!
    RAR Pulp
    RAR Hyde
    Hardywood Kentucky Christmas Morning
RAR Barrel Aged First Meal (holy shit this sounds good)
4x Veil Master Shredder plus glass

Wasted little time getting into these.

    hot damn!

First taste of that rar juice did not disappoint!

Thanks so much Devin, incredibly appreciated!

This thread's been way too quiet lately -- but since my second box o' winnings from our Locals Fantasy Football league arrived yesterday I've got the type of post that I think makes this group (and thread) awesome...

So FYI -- I won 4 boxes. And I told my 4 senders to please keep the boxes reasonably small, and mentioned a couple of other relatively minor requests/comments. ANYWAY... a box arrived from @twofacedmonster yesterday -- I was a little concerned about the weight listed in the Fedex notiification, but other than Bryan asking me about the completeness of my Untappd Bruery checkins, I had no idea what I'd be getting. Well, here's what I got...

    First, the little guys...

Tyranena Doubly Down N Even Dirtier-- I've had a couple of their Brewers Gone Wild series before, and loved them -- I'm honestly as excited about this as I am about (almost) anything else in the box
Oskar Blues BA Ten Fidy - one of the few beers in here that I've actually had before. But I'm definitely not complaining. Trying to think of who to share this with, since I know a few folks who might appreciate it.
Live Oak Hefeweizen- another one I've had before. And while I'm not a big Hefe fan., this is by far my favorite Hefe ever. PLUS... one of those minor comments I made to my senders was about the fact that my wife (who drinks about two beers a month) actually DOES like Hefes, and that if anyone had easy access to a good one, I'd appreciate it for her. So we will share. The biggest problem I have is that this box successfully avoided detection, so I will probably wait to mention these to her.
Community Barrel Aged Legion- the last one I've had before, and another one I really enjoyed.
Southern Star Black Crack (2015) -- this sounds great, and there was something on the can (I'm too lazy to go check) about them being the first Texas brewery to can stuff, which is kind of cool.

    Next, the big guys...

Brain Dead Bent de Garde- a brewery and a style which are both relatively new to me; I'm looking forward to trying it
Deep Ellum BBA Darkest Hour-- I loved the only Deep Ellum beer I've had in the past, so...
Jester King Kvass-- other than the Live Oak, the only beer in the mix that's under 8.5% so I'm happy that perhaps Bryan isn't trying to kill me after all. I have only a vague idea of what a Kvass is, will probably save this to share
Lakewood Mole Temptress - I really enjoyed regular Temptress, and usually like Mole beers, so looking forward to this
Lakewood French Quarter Temptress - see above; and this sounds like a style (coffee etc) that I will really like. And I like New Orleans, since last time I was there the team I was rooting for won the Sugar Bowl.
Lakewood Sin Mint Temptress - Temptress Hat Trick. I don't usually love mint, but still looking forward to this one (just won't open it with no potential drinking partners around)
Lakewood Lion's Share IV: Anniversary Ale - another Lakewood, this one's a Brandy Barrel aged Quad. Yum.

Thanks so much Bryan @twofacedmonster for an amazing box!

Oh... wait... remember how he asked me about The Bruery? There were a few more beers in the box...

The Bruery Grey Monday- I don't think a comment is necessary.
The Bruery Mash & Vanilla- I liked Mash & Grind, I've gotten more and more into Barleywines lately, I enjoy BBA stuff, and I love Vanilla. So yeah, I'll enjoy this.
Breuery Terreaux Blue BBLS (2016)- seriously? A Blueberry Sour / Stout? This sounds amazing.
The Bruery Mash & Coconut (2016) - see two beers up. And while I don't always appreciate Coconut quite as much as Vanilla, I pretty much always enjoy it in beer.
The Bruery Chocolate Rain- another one with no comment required

And here's the whole group shot...

    Thanks so much Bryan! #L4L!

I've got too much glassware again. I gave some away last year and it's time to do it again. If you want some new glasses to add to your collection, all you have to do is answer this question.
How many miles do I have on my 2004 Toyota Tundra? The closest wins. No PIR rules.
I will keep this open for a few days. This is open to anyone who posts or lurks in this thread. Let's keep the karma flowing.
