Shameless self promotion. I have started my annual Relay for Life LIF. donations to win beer! or if you'd like to donate a box towards it please let me know! https://www.beeradvocate.com/community/threads/2017-relay-for-life-lif-no-one-fights-alone.490527/ Thanks guys
I drank my VBS bottle 1 from @rspauldi last Saturday. Large bottle, orange wax cap, very smooth smokey stout. My husband was dying over this beer, might be his favorite ever! But I had no clue what it was until the reveal. Loved this beer! Thanks again @rspauldi !!
@Jackd33 totally surprised me with a Ninja style "thank you" box today... Hit some wants and new Ohio brews I'm excited to try! Appreciate the letter you enclosed too and glad I put some new breweries on your radar. Thanks Jack!
Exhaust manifold hardware originating from @Homebrew (mechanic) to @pnelting (keeps your car cooool guy) to me (I HATE WORKING ON CARS ) I was hoping for some NUTZ!
Catching up from the blind tasting last weekend. I was pretty sure it was WW based on the bottle size. A sour with cherries, but I was pretty sure that was not all. Angel of Darkness. Never would have guess all the other fruits. Very glad to be able to try this. Thanks @WesHowl.
Meant to post this last weekend, at least i think thats when i remember drinking it. Blind bottle from @MTKATL. From what i remember, i got a lot of chocolate in the taste with a fruit that i couldnt put my finger on while drinking it. But was a delicious treat to have after a long night at work. Turned out to be Westbrook 5th anniversary chocolate raspberry imperial stout! Thanks again @MTKATL
#LIF Time! Believe it or not, I have too much (extra) beer on my hands, and someone needs to enjoy it before @Yourahoser gets another package. This is open to all newbies who have participated in any past round. I will probably let this ride until Friday night so I can do a little recon on the winner. Some of the not-newbie newbies may remember that I was vocal on slack about 3 concerts that I went to last year. For those who are new around here and the ones who don't take notes, they were Green Day, Sum 41, and Blink-182. All three put out a new album last year, so lets make a 3 part question. Level 1 - Out of the 3, which band did I think put on the best live show? Level 2 - Out of the 3, which band put out the album that I most enjoyed? Level 3 - Out of the 3, what is my favorite song that I crank and jam out to in my car? Keep in mind that the bands were listed in no particular order, and my favorite song may not be on my favorite album, or that my favorite album may not have been put out by my favorite performance. I am putting a secret value on each question, and with the amount of possibilities here, there should not be a tie. Highest total wins. I will also be throwing in a couple things tailored to the winner along with what I already have set aside. Please tag me in your reply so I get notified. Thanks and good luck!
