    It is. I wasn't even shopping for beer, but when I saw this in cans? :grimacing::grimacing::grimacing::grimacing: Had to buy a sixer.

    It didn't occur to me to do a side by side. I could since I have one of each left, but after having them back to back I'm fairly certain I could tell them apart. Hopslam is more in your face with aroma and especially flavor as it drinks much heavier than the 10% in my opinion. The Alpha hive is a more refined DIPA that smells like fresh orange slices and drinks much smoother than the 9.1% listed on the can. A dangerously drinkable beer! They're both excellent in their own right and I wouldn't turn down either one. Thanks again for sending me two!:slight_smile:

    At the gym now before work. Since it's my birthday today (last of the 20's), I think I'm going to go with Terrapin's Wake N' Bake and Bell's Hopslam tonight after work with some chocolate cake and peanut butter icing.
