2 pints of 7.85% beer isn't too much at all. Put your big boy pants on.

Sucks is one of the best West coast IPAs out there IMO.

I'm currently into BIG D/TIPAs. But a guy needs a reasonably priced, readily available, tasty hop fix to fill the gaps between the "special releases" of Expo/Knuckle/EnjoyBy, etc. It's always been Hop Stoopid for me, but Sucks is a wonderful alternative. Bring it...

When is this actually popping up though? I hate delays...

Lagunitas held a tasting at my local beer store. I asked the rep when Sucks was coming out and he said "December." So we've still got three months. The world may end before we get more Sucks. :slight_frown:

Especially since I can hardly ever find fresh-fresh Hop Stoopid.

It's quite a bit for me. I'm a fan of the 16-16.9oz serving size, either pounders or half-liter bottles, because that's more reasonable for me. Apparently I have small pants because two pints of a 7.85% beer is a bit much for me.

32 oz of 16 proof beer. Vodka and bourbon is 80 proof. 5x that of 16 proof beer. So, it's the equivalent of a 6.4 oz vodka martini, roughly. There are 1.5 oz. in a shot. So a 6.4 oz martini would have 4 shots, and a little excess in it. Have problems drinking a single cocktail, do ya? :stuck_out_tongue:

    Move to Utah. ;-)

I'll take fresh New Dogtown Pale over their IPA all day, everyday my brutha! Way better beer IMHO and I LOVE IPAs / DIPAs. (upon re-reading your post, I may have originally read it wrong when replying)
