Personally I would have rather preferred to drink it as it was fermenting but that should do.

I decided to have one more because these hops aren't getting any fresher and won't drink themselves. Who am I kidding? I just like drinking beer! And the name of the beer gives me an excuse to play one of my favorite Smashing Pumpkins tracks. Cheers gang.....

I'm not sure there's too many single, straight men who wouldn't want to be fishing with them right now.

:stuck_out_tongue:fishing would replace craft beer drinking as our #1 hobby rather quickly.

Maybe it's just the red blooded male in me, but for some reason that photo conjures up memories of Alberto Vargas paintings.

It's not just you. This photo is definitely inspired by his pin-up artwork.

I've emptied 6 bankers boxes of mostly books, catalogs, and comic books and put the books/catalogs on the shelf. Feeling the temporary rush of accomplishment, I opt to transition to an equally fleeting pleasure trigger - Coppertail Brewing Co.'s "Cryptid", an imperial stout bottled 11/14/16:

Rich, dark roast malt, dark chocolate, black cherries. Smooth lite body. Little carbonation. Char finish. The taste is very good, and as a fan of this local (Tampa) brewer, I wish the body had more heft, there was more carbonation, and the pour (58 degrees) looked better. The taste nonetheless elevates this tasty rainy day beer. Cheers from Sunshine? City!

Me neither until that damn photo! I had the good fortune of finding some old calendars featuring his work at an estate sale years ago. I have no freakin idea where they're packed away.:astonished:

Ditto. I took some art classes in college just to see what I was missing out on. Turns out, it was lots and lots of brain washing.

A bunch of us used to scrub our brains clean at the Bennigan's on Michigan Avenue after class. Damn I miss those days! Thanks for the flashback.
