Moderate pour yields a huge 2 inch light pink head over a dark red body with some lacing. Nose of fruit candy, cherry, and all the berries. Taste of sour fruit candy, sour cherry, and sour berries. Somewhat thin on the feel but overall a great thirst quenching, lightly sour beer that you could drink any time of the day. Kind of like a Grand Cru Lite! Cheers!

Been chasing this pack around ever since I passed on my first two opportunities. My favorite store didn't get it in, so I had to track down a box. Fortunately, someone told me they saw it on my run this afternoon. Sure enough, they still had a single cold box! Time to dwelve into some collaborations! First up:



Sierra Nevada + Saint Arnold's Dry-Hopped Berliner-style Weisse.

 

I am just sick of saisons that are weighed down by heavy fruitiness, yeast and spices. I need something far lighter. When I had this one in the past, it had a stronger acidity that I suspected was unintended (but it was a more enjoyable beer then). Unless these guys end up putting their bitter in a six pack I'm done with buying their bottles and cans.
