    Bright, light golden color with white cap.

    Aroma of sweet malt and lightly floral hops. There's something substantial in the background that may be the rye grain.

    Taste is surprisingly good. Surprising because this brew possesses a richness that I haven't really noticed in Kolsch styles in the past. Or I just don't remember, anyway it's sweet malt on entry followed by a deeper grain presence which I presume is the rye. Ale yeast gives it a fruitiness and lagering a smoothness that plays well together. Sweet theme is replayed in the aftertaste along with a hint of bitterness which I can't tell if that's due to rye or hops, but it does balance things out.

    This is not my Father's Kolsch. Rye in the mix, who'd a thought it. Works well though with pleasing results.

    We can do it @JamFuel ! Remember, 5 pages at about 5pm EST on a saturday means roughly 14/15 pages. 7 pages by 5pm means that 20 is feasible.

    By the way, what was the biggest WBAYDN ever? I mean the record? Did we ever reach more than 25?
