    Whittling down the Windmill cans that never seem to end. The once spicy profile has substantially subsided revealing more floral notes and citrus. I liked it fresh, but I feel it's opened up more after 5-6 weeks. Off to the whirlpool again!

    Digging deep into the music library for something different.....

    Still enjoying same Straffe Henrik Heritage 2015. Opened this bottle a couple of hours ago.
    However I expected a bit more depth in taste (presentation gives high expectations) this is rather awesome.
    Wonderful beer for a cold evening. With a good read, near the fireplace and the dog at your feet :slight_smile:

    Evil twin wet dream, Brown ale brewed with coffee.the aroma to me is different but the taste is true to its own statement. A very tasty brown ale with a slight espresso flavor.about to start doing some paperwork and enjoy this.probably not a good task to do while consuming beer but I'll chance it[​IMG]

    Elysian Night Owl Pumpkin Ale... glad I got to try it. It's good, not Cold Press Coffee Pumking good, but good. Maybe the reason I like the cold press is because I know it's from this year :rolling_eyes:

    Spent the day in Albany, NY on business so I'm home early enough for a leisurely beer or two on the deck. It feels more like August than mid-September today: really humid. Perfect for a crisp DIPA from two fine brewers.
