I don't know how busy they got later on but they were fairly crowded when i left at 5. Skip the Formalities was selling fast both pints and growlers.

They're definitely low key putting out amazing pale ales and IPA's. I'd also like to say their coffee beers have been top notch also.

but capacity going up, so should be lots more growler fills ahead... 9 5bbl fermenters and 2 4bbl.... so no more 5bbl brew split 3 ways (which was great for variety but meant a smaller amount of each beer)

    rinkLocal

Happy National Drink Beer Day! Obviously that means you have to come chill for a pint and enjoy some fall weather finally. We are getting close to being back on track production wise but will still need a week or two so we appreciate your patience. This weekend on Friday we have two fresh drops of beers we have done in the past starting with "Can I Kick It?" a 6.9% ABV Hoppy American Red Ale dry hopped with Citra & CTZ hops that is a medium bodied snug glove of peachy caramel, piney sappy resin travelin’ in rhythm with a beat of bitter roast on the fade away. Second up is "Biggenz" our 8.2% ABV No Coast American IPA dry hopped with Citra & Centennial hops that has citrus & floral aromatics with a little bitterness in the bones.

Also, we are starting up a new deal in the taproom where we curate a musical playlist on Spotify twice a month so if you dig it, you can rock out to it on your own. Our first one has an old school hip hop vibe to it and can be found here http://bit.ly/TEB-9-28-17.

Our good friends the Empanada Guy will be here this Friday and should be a consistent staple on Fridays for the next couple months.

Sup ya'll hope everyone is in that fall groove one of the best times of the year for slammin' suds. This weekend on Friday we one new beer and one fresh drop with "New Panda Sneeze" a 5.2% ABV American Light Ale and the return of "Dance With the Mantis" our 5.8% ABV American Pale Ale DDH with Ekuanot & Calientethat expresses ripe fruit peach, peely grapefruit, papaya jam as well as a little sweet pine. On Saturday after the currently tapped Saison kicks we will have a 7.1% ABV American Saison called "The Waiting" that was accented with a small dry hop of Cascade, Nugget, & Crystal and fermented with our house Saison yeast culture. This gem is a semi-dry earthy, fruity forest of grapefruit and woody mint.

Also, on Saturday someone from the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society will be at the brewery from 2-5pm with schwag and info for the annual Light the Night Walk. We will be putting out donation buckets the whole weekend and will have little packs of home made cookies with brown sugar made with our spent grain available for a donation. We will also be donating $1 from each flight sold on Saturday to the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society. This means a lot to the TEB family and Cindy has been doing it every year the past 11 years, so thank you all in advance for your support for helping. So far our team has raised over $38,000!

yes. they also have a pineapple sour aged in chardonnay barrel in the works...

The BA stout is a barrel aged version of the same deserted village that came out a few months back. based on that beer, this could be pretty stellar. should be a big boy too since the non-BA version was over 9%...
