What beer are you drinking now? #1833

The temperature today sure feels like winter and it's a good excuse to open another remaining bottle of last years batch. Who am I kidding? I was drinking this in the summer!

A crazy amount of cinnamon is still hanging around complementing the cocoa very well. I can't wait for the fresh batch to show up here! Cheers to the weekend, I'm starting mine by mowing the grass.

Dark Horse’s Citra Safety Meeting

Never had the original but this is pretty tasty. Just booked a beer dinner tonight with North Coast being the brewery. Nothing crazy on list, but I thought what the hell.

 

Night of the Living Dead variety packs were a couple bucks off at one store, and buy one get one at another. You can guess which deal i chose

Not one bad beer style in this pack, and all the labels are pretty cool. Good examples of the styles too, perfect for Halloween!

I'll definitely be watching this one again soon...one of my favorites. Also, ROTLD 3 came out when i was only a year old, but my mom recorded it off Cinemax when it first aired on tv. The only time it was released fully uncut for quite some time! I still have the tape so that's another one i'll have to view.Cheers!

I was saving this combo for Halloween morning, after nightshift, but found out we will have a crew doing a bathroom remodel next week. Sleep may be a challenge.
Sorry for the Busch posts earlier, that was the only thing in the fridge at the cabin. I hope they don't bring @joe1510 out of hiding. He seems fond of Busch. Drink well today BA!

 

So a dream came true today. A new brewery 20 minutes from my house has opened and this is the flag ship, a juicy NEIPA. This stuff is legit. I will be posting at the brewery later.

 

Stout, then Schwarzbier. I'm not really a Magic Hat fan but they're checking all my boxes so far..

 

Two and a half hours of mowing complete, I need another beer.

I'm cold, hungry and in need of a good meal. Time to ponder where to go....

 

Had this one last night while watching Halloween II. Turns out if I cross the state line they distribute Alesmith, which means Speedway Stout!


Now I'm trying this guy. More flavor than Budweiser. Not as much as Speedway. Real descriptive huh?
