I'm with you on the first two. I'm headed to Brussels in about a month and hoping I can knock those off the list. The most I ever paid for a 12-oz beer was a Westy (in Montreal).

My third might be one that I have already had, but haven't had another - Trillium Headroom.

IIRC all the Blaebeer produced (once a year) goes only to a particular store in Copenhagen where it sells out pretty quickly.

The Fou Foune is a seasonal (Aug IIRC) and sells out fairly quickly but a few of the specialty shops (e.g., Beer Planet, Biertempel or the brewery itself) may still have some. (There's a thread in the Europe form that focuses on what's currently on offer at the Brewery.)

For more Westvleteren, all three varieties, Biertempel is usually a good bet.

But be sure to find the time to visit the Cantillon brewery and do the self guided tour. They'll have some stuff on offer that you may want and some of their stuff can be purchased by the glass for consumption in their tasting room.

    Good hunting.

Not much for chasing a beer bucket list anymore, but I'd be pretty ecstatic to try these:

    1. Toppling Goliath's Mornin' Delight
    2. Alesmith's Speedway BA Hawaii/Kopi Luwak
    3. Treehouse's Double Shot single origin series
Honorable Mention: Treehouse's Good Morning and Perennial's BA Sump.

Coffee beer is what got me into beer, so it's safe to say it has a soft spot in my heart. All of these seem to be well respected beers with a more intimate focus on coffee, the first beverage I started getting picky about. The dream would be to do a bottle share "cupping" (from the coffee world) with Double Shot or Speedway single origins.

Not a beer bucket list specifically but my periodic road trips are:
    East coast (Treehouse/Alchemist/Trillium/Bissell)
    West Coast
    (Russian River/Firestone/La Cumbre)
    Michigan /Indiana
    (Bells/Founders/Old Nation/Three Floyds)
    Iowa /Minnesota
    (Toppling Goliath/Surly)

...got it down to a science, waiting in line forever at a release just isn't worth it with all this amazing beer obtainable if you'e willing to travel for It, imho

Haha, the old white whales. Should add Wooden Hell to that list as well.

Personally, there are way too many beers out there now to spend overly much effort on just one beer. I used to be a whale hunter, but have since given it up. I'll still go to local/regional releases if I'm close and it's a brewery I trust (i.e. not breweries that overhype their own mediocre beers to make people stand in line, buy tickets, enter raffles, pay out the ass, etc.), but that's about it. It used to be that you basically had to trade to get really good beer, but with breweries popping up everywhere and great breweries drastically increasing distribution, it seems less and less necessary.

I don't know if it even makes my list. Beer is the sprinkles on the cupcake, not the cupcake or even the icing, and you can have an awesome cupcake without sprinkles.

Wasn't a Wooden Hell fan. Plus it got made again. Never tried M or Dave, and Isabelle is my favorite of all beers I have tried, would love to have some again before final exit.
