Likely nothing will be canned until mid-December, and it will still be utilizing the mobile canning unit in all likelihood.

Draft and crowlers I’m assuming, based on what @eifster82 said

Kind of a shit show over at More today. Probably 3/4 full and it took 10-15 minutes to put our beer order in and another 20 mins to get our beers (2 of us). They had 1 bartender, 1 server and 1 hostess. We weren’t in a rush so it wasn’t that big of a deal but people weren’t happy. One older guy was pretty much yelling at the poor hostess “This is the busiest drinking day of the year this is ridiculous! If you’re gonna be in the bar business you need to STAFF UP!” Lol

Double Dusty was pretty decent and so was the coffee/vanilla Falling Colors

I love the place, but sometimes the servers/bartenders don't seem to be in any kind of hurry to get you your beers/food/check. Nothing terrible, and I'm generally not in a rush when I'm there, but enough to notice a trend. I've noticed it at the bar and at the tables for lunch more than once each. I'd say I've ordered a beer less than I intended just because it took so long about 3 times out of the 10 or so I've been there.

Yeah the bartender was in the weeds. She was taking care of people at the bar but not looking at her table tickets. And the waitress kept disappearing to the back. She had 4-5 tables with no drinks and wasn’t up there asking the bartender where all her drinks were. Meanwhile the bartender had just poured probably 50 beers/crowlers for people at the bar. Kind of odd.

If I were the hostess, I'd go get the biggest guy I could find, offer him free beers for the night then take him over to the old, ornery guy and say"I took your advice, we just hired another person. This is our new bouncer for the night. Now get the fuck out."

I thought Double Dusty was a good improvement over regular Dusty. Still prefer the DDH Dusty, but Double Dusty is solid.

I just hope this doesn't turn into naming beers like Tree House does with some: Sap, which is different than SSSappp, which is different that Super Sap which is different than.. (I think I'm missing yet another one)

Stopped in around 6.30, and the place was absolutely packed, but it seemed to be going smoothly, so they seemed to have fixed the issues from the afternoon.

Double Dusty is really good. To @eifster82 point, I actually thought this was DDH Dusty when I ordered it. It wasn’t until I saw it was 8% that I realized this naming scheme is gonna mess me up.

I enjoyed it, and grabbed a couple of crowlers, but I think I like DDH dusty better. That was the first beer I really liked from More.

Falling Colors Vanilla/coffee is really solid. Big fan.

First time visiting, and just stopped by on my through to the burbs, but it was cool place, and I hope to visit again soon.

While everyone was out getting BC, with my visiting fam in the west burbs, I figured today was a good day to check out More. I gotta say I was way more impressed than I thought I would be. Money is a world class IPA. I absolutely loved it. Autumn Sky was probably one of the best red IPA's ive ever had. the Falling Colors Porter w/ Vanilla/Coffee was very good but kinda sweet. Double Dusty was solid.

For food, I had the Nashville Hot Chicken Sandwich which was great. Not very spicy but great.

Overall, a great experience. I took two crowlers with me because, lets face it, I probably won't be back anytime soon. It is weirdly located to where I live (West side of Chicago) and I don't travel out to the burbs for breweries too often but I love what I tried today! Keep up the good work! I am glad there are decent breweries in the west burbs for those suburbanites who don't like to trek into the city.

This is my only complaint with the place as well. Good Beer and Good Food. BUT the service is terrible. I dont know if its an understaff problem or a poorly trained staff problem but it certianly becomes part of the decision when deciding if we are going to stop for a pint or hang out for an afternoon.

I've never had a problem with the service at More. That being said, the only issue I could see is an understaffed bar (especially during releases). The last few times I've visited for lunch, the same girl was behind the bar. She works her ass off, and she's going a million miles a minute because she's the only one back there. I've given her a healthy tip each time because she's taking food/drink orders at the bar, filling crowlers, trying to keep up with table drink orders, and trying to make sure everybody at the bar is topped off. That's fine if it's not too busy, but she's in the weeds almost as soon as the doors open if it is.
