Snowy day in Northern Indiana, let’s try a Northern Illinois beer. This is very nice, IMHO - a juicy lawnmower beer.

 

Been a long week of work and not over until Sunday. In Goodyear, AZ having a Stone Ripper.

Damn! I've already lost.

 

One left. Still excellent. Sad to see it go. No haze here but its a great cross between a West Coast malt base with a clear brew thats nice and fruity on aroma and tropical fruit and citrus/ pine in the palate, East Coast style, finishing really dry with perfect bitterness.

 

I'm usually a huge critic of Sierra Nevada, but this is fantastic! Big things coming from them in 2018!

 

#2, this is simply magnificent, IMHO.

 

A friend highly recommended this, and I'm so glad I listened. It's a dessert beer that isn't cloyingly sweet.



Omnipollo's Noa Pecan Mud Cake.

 

Happy to have re-upped on this stuff in a big way today. So solid.

 

I balked at the price of the 4 pack of this, especially since my last Victory at Sea experience wasn't so great. However, on my way home tonight, I picked up an individual bottle. I'll give it a whirl on Sunday and see if I should buy more!
