Good evening BA, hope everyone had a good Monday back to work. Another busy and pretty quick feeling day. Nice warm weather we had, but the wet snow made the morning commute difficult.

    Today's reviews:

Solid pale ale. Poor head retention/lacing on the glass. Aromas and flavors of grapefruit, tangerine, peach, pineapple, lemon zest, orange peel, and light pepper/pine hops; with moderate honey, caramel, brown sugar, toasted biscuit malts; and herbal, floral, grassy hop earthiness. Light pine, citrus peel, herbal, grassy, spicy bitterness on the finish. Mild carbonation and light-medium body; bready/grainy malts and some sticky hops in the mouthfeel. Lightly increasing bitter dryness, very easy drinking. Balanced citrus/earthy hops and dark/bready English malts. No idea on freshness, but definitely not optimal. Still enjoyed quite a bit. Drank more like an English pale ale overall with the mild carbonation. 3.5

Very nice stuff. Aromas and flavors of slightly tart/tangy cherry, cranberry, milk/dark chocolate, cocoa, coffee, caramel, cream, brown sugar, and toasted dark bread; with lighter notes of smoke, char, and herbal hops. Fairly muted aromas. Very mild herbal/roast/char bitterness and fruit tang/tartness on the finish. Medium carbonation/body; nice creamy/bready malt/lactose mouthfeel; slight sticky hops, chalky roast, and tangy fruit. Slightly increasing bitter/roast/char and tangy fruit dryness. Never cloying/acrid. Very easy drinking. Was hoping for more berry presence, but it's solid. Delicious base beer as expected, nicely rich. A bit more roasty/charred feeling than usual. 3.88

Fantastic DIPA! Aromas and flavors of huge tangerine, peach, pineapple, apricot, grapefruit, lemon, lime, passionfruit, papaya, mango, melon, berry, citrus zest, and light pepper/pine hops/Brett; with moderate honey, white bready malts; and herbal, floral, grassy hop earthiness. Mild pine, zesty, grassy, spicy bitterness on the finish. Medium carbonation and medium-plus body; balanced bready/grainy creaminess and hop stickiness in the mouthfeel. Lightly increasing bitter dryness, zero hop astringency. Insanely drinkable, minimal warming 8.3%. If they didn't mention wild yeast on the can, I would have never known. All clean fruity Brett C going on, no funk. Blends with the hop profile perfectly. This was a wonderful DIPA all around. Insanely juicy hops/yeast; balanced malts without feeling overly sweet/heavy for the ABV. Drinks like a NEIPA. Dangerous. 4.25

Brought back from retirement I suppose. Hasn't been reviewed in a long time. This was excellent! Insanely lasting head retention and thick lacing the whole glass. Aromas and flavors of big banana, bubblegum, clove, pepper, pear, and apple yeast; with balanced caramel, brown sugar, brown bread crust, toasted biscuit, and light nutty/roast malts; mild herbal/grassy hops and yeasty earthiness. Mild herbal/grassy bitterness and yeast spiciness on the finish. Medium-high carbonation and medium body; nice bready wheat creaminess and light yeast/hop stickiness in the mouthfeel. Lightly increasing bitter hop and carbonated dryness. Super drinkable, pretty refreshing. Looking over the older reviews, this is a definitely improved recipe over the old one. Nicely rich Munich/Vienna malts, balancing weizen yeast, and mild noble hop complexity. Really big fan of this. 4.06

This game will probably be the exact opposite of last week's game in terms of O. Both teams look TIGHT.
