    Also, sharing a shot of our newly-mastered pizza stone creation..finally got it right with Ken Forkish's help (5 minutes at 550, 2 minutes on high broil. Masterpiece). used his dough recipe too.

    Light hazy gold color with small white cap.

    Aroma of grapefruit and honey. That's about it but it is a clean, vivid scent.

    Taste on entry is sweet grapefruit and, while not as intense as the scent is none the less clean, vibrant, rich without being overpowering yet at the same time a sense of fullness. Finish is simple, quick and with a lingering aftertaste that is refreshing.

    Gulpener Château Neubourg (sounds French, is Dutch). One of the three best pilsners in the World, according to the European Beer Star competition. Not bad at all indeed.
