"Local lovin' from North Central PA. A pretty solid Belgian Strong Ale with plums.

Sitting here at Whole Foods at the bar. A snarky, yrendy dressed couple comes in with food they paid for from the "food to go" area and sits at the bar taking up two bar stools. The bartender asks if they would like something and she breaks out her own pre-filled water bottle, and he askes for a plastic cup of ice water. Please keep in mind, there's a totally separate seating area to eat food purchased here. ... Meanwhile, taking up valuable real estate for "paying" beer customers not to mention these girls behind the bar bust their butt and should be tipped appropriately. They finish their fancy food, no tip, and walk away. Call me innapropriate for the rant.

Some Derivative tasting better than I remember. Man cannot live on IPA alone.

I completely failed in my attempt to beat Tyson. I will get his ass tomorrow, sober. Cheers. Peace to @MakeCAHazyGreatAgain.

A warming beer to end the night while watching ACC Tournament basketball. Syracuse built a big lead, but it’s evened up at this point, per my Powers of Observation.

Ocelot makes some decent dark beers, most don’t stand out wildly, but this one is tasting quite good tonight. Little bourbon barrel tingle on an otherwise smooth, chocolatey base with a black cherry flavor that grows from mid-taste to end.

[IMG] Going to touch off some vintage Bigfoots this week. Tastes nice, hops are gone and maybe a tad oxidized but caramel and toffee are on full display. May do another vintage after.

New Belgium Abbey Belgian Style Dubbel Ale, 7% ABV. Pours dark brown with a one finger beige head. Nose is dark fruit and moleasses. Taste follows with s bit of sweetness, nuts, almost no bitterness. Excellent mouthfeel, overall excellent to outstanding.

I had hoped to be drinking and reviewing a gruit style beer tonight, which would have been style 102 of 104 on my quest to have them all. The taproom showed it in their app, but when I got there it was gone. So bummed I left without having a different beer.

Southern Grist starting to do can releases is a very nice addition to the Nashville beer scene! This is Appreciate You a collaboration with Magnify Brewing. It's an Arnold Palmer like sour with lemon peel and black tea.[IMG]

Awesome! And to answer your earlier question, I can run through the game with ease. It's Tyson that gives me fits. The timing is ridiculous, not to mention that the pattern isn't consistent.

Bruh ... All these old games I still have are more difficult than I remember. I used to put Tyson down every time but now even Glass Joe lands a couple.

That's pretty awesome that you can go to Whole foods and get a flight. Are all Whole Foods like that ? Never been myself, too far from where I live. We have Earth Fare which is nice and we shop there quite a bit. Nowhere to sit a have a brew while my wife samples all of the essential oils though.

Sam Adams NE IPA, nothing bad to say about this one. Should have US wide distribution this year. I hauled 8 back from NH and shared with a couple "beer guys". Both of them have had Heady/Crusher/Focal/Fiddle/Sip that I've brought back and liked the "Sam IPA" too.
