    I once asked @chuckgietzen if this was for real. I asked him because I knew he had tasted the pantheon of NEIPA. Here's what Chuck said:

    Finishing off this Dupont 750 I started on Sunday. It held up pretty darn well, all things considered.

    I'm also liking it a little bit more. Maybe it's because the bottom of the bottle contains so much yeast particulate, and that's adding a little something that I felt was missing before. Or maybe my palate is just easier to please today. Either way, this is pretty tasty right now.

    Not a problem. Will set one aside. By the way, one of the other four packs I got was You're Derek Jeter (not to be confused with I'm Derek Jeter).. The former is a DIPA. The later is a TIPA. And yes, I will send you one of these too.

    Got a third Veil beer. Just a measly old IPA. Gonna have one now. If it is any good, I will send it also.

    When it comes to Dopplebocks, it's easy to argue which is best, if you're a fan of the style. Celebrator, Maximator, Salvator, Korbinian, Andech’s, Aecht Schlenkerla Eiche, and even many U.S. offerings are all wonderful and formidable examples. For my personal taste, Weltenburger Kloster, Asam-Bock still reigns supreme. There's no wonder the world's second oldest brewery still operates. Prost!

    Wow, that is not necassary (although all the Tired Hands you sent me gave me a break from going to Veil or Triple Crossing and all the hassle that entails. Yes Tired Hands is in the same league)
