Very interesting, wish I wasnt busy this weekend, I feel like trillium and carton are a good match together.

No idea what that is about or if it’s about us but i’d put my ethics up against anyone’s. Of course if it’s us I’ll try to sort it, but hard to be fussed over maybe not doing business with someone that may or may not be talking about us and thinks that’s how business is done.

Kaffee und Kuchen is lovely, and dangerously drinkable to no surprise - Nutty, creamy-caramel, and subtle cherry + butterscotch via aroma; more delicate strawberry additions, and almond in later stages. Feel is circumferenced by that signature “classic crappy coffee” with a sparkling, cherry-cola in the workings/distant background

Just got to try This Town for the first time.
It is so good I want to book a deep sea fishing trip just so I can fill a cooler with it and spend an afternoon drinking it. (Of course I will sneak a few cans of Boat in there too)
The collaborations aren't half bad either
    Thanks for the great beer.

I thought the cans were a little sweeter than what I remember on tap. I also thought the color was significantly darker. Maybe Im nuts though

I stopped by the brewery today, got a couple 4 packs of GORP and 0duece. As a MA native, I was wicked fucking excited to to see an 02 zip code make a Carton label! I might just frame this can. The beer itself more than lived up to my expectations from my two of my favorite breweries. It has that juicy hop flavor I love from Trillium and that awesome Kolsch yeast I love so much in Boat. It’s a perfect marriage. Also GORP in cans also nearly brought a tear to my eye. Amazing work, yet again; I can only imagine what the future holds...

Out of the loop on this. Was there a different variant or something on tap?

@augiecarton I haven't seen Our Town for sale anywhere it's not supposed to be. I was replying to a post above mine regarding Our Town going the Two Roads route. My comment was in response, saying I thought you said it's only Monmouth County and will only be brewed under your roof.

so i dug into this and it is definitely us. seems in the colder months they use a warehouse to store beer, our driver was told by them to deliver there. He brought up that that's not how the carton deal works with a clerk rather than a manager and in front of customers.
so they think it should be ok to warehouse beers in the winter because it is essentially a cold room, and i can see that.
they think the delivery guy should bring this up with a manager not a clerk, and i can see that.
They think it should be brought up privately and not in front of customers and i can see that.
so we will do our best to sort this with them.

all that being said if you own a store and you decide it is ok for my beer not to be refrigerated after promising me it will be, the right and ethical thing to do is discuss that with me or my reps before executing your assumed decision.
and yes before you all point it out: i do see the irony of them addressing being upset about the public airing of business issues in a somewhat passive aggressive, very public, Ig post rather than a phone call to a manager, but hey it's the late teens irony seems to be lost so i will continue to try to stay above the fray and do our little beer business.
thanks again for making me aware of this.
