Drinking another bottle of my latest homebrew, a Cream ale with flaked corn and pale ale malt. Saaz hops. It's turned hazy from being stored in the fridge which I find to be interesting, when it was stored at cellar temperature it was crystal clear (especially in the bottle). Alot of protein coming out of suspension I guess. I can see why they would use finings and filters to try and turn out a clear ale at ice cold temperatures back in the day. The cloudiness doesn't hurt the flavor however, the cold adds a definite cripsness to it.
