    I have to walk to work...uphill, against the wind, 5miles, both ways, and then all I’m given is bread and water. Whips, chains, etc. it’s hell.

    In all seriousness, it blows. I took a pay cut, weekends off and a job I enjoyed to do something I don’t enjoy, hours and days off that change without a day’s notice and a lower pay wage. I still have a job and a pension so that’s what puts me to sleep at night. That, and all the alcohol I consume and the occasional lay the wife throws me.

    TL/DR: I’ll be alright.

    No, I probably wouldn’t. I had a dream job. Had it’s qualms, but what job doesn’t? I even got drug tested twice in 3 weeks. One was after a 10-day vacation.

    Thanks for asking though, you’re one of my favorites.

    I have to admit, I stepped in some shit and got a yard that doesn’t require much work and has made this a lot easier.

    Delicious English brown ale! Great head retention/lacing on the glass. Flavors of big caramel, milk chocolate, cocoa, toffee, brown sugar, toasted oats, nuttiness, and dark/brown bread; with lighter notes of coffee, smoke, dark fruit, and herbal/grassy hops. Similar/muted aromas. Very mild herbal/grassy hop and roast bitterness on the finish. Medium carbonation and medium-full body; very creamy, silky, bready malt/oat mouthfeel that is fantastic. Slight sticky hops, chalky roast, and increasing dryness. Extremely smooth/drinkable. Very rich and complex for the 5.5%, with a nice sized body. Very well rounded brown ale malt complexity; with restrained fruity yeast and mild earthy hop balance. Will definitely get again pretty often now. A new favorite for the style, widely available. I love English styles, wish more breweries would make them.

    This is awesome! Aromas and flavors of big nutty medium roast coffee, milk chocolate, cocoa, caramel, brown sugar, vanilla, toffee, coconut, cream, frosting, almonds, cake batter, and toasted brown bread; with light notes of herbal hops and smoke/char. Light herbal/spicy hop and roast/char bitterness on the finish. Medium carbonation/body; great creamy/silky mouthfeel; light chalky roast and hop stickiness. A tad thin for 8%, but no complaints really. Super smooth. Lightly increasing bitter/roasted dryness; never acrid or astringent. Minimal warming 8%. Huge fan of this. It has great well rounded stout complexity, with awesome balance of coffee/lactose/spice notes to make it taste exactly like Tiramisu. Still widely available on the shelf. Got another pack a couple weeks ago.
