    This ones is an exercise in elegance. Offers notes of soft white fruits with a touch of citrus. Getting some white wine characters.

    Hopslam on tap at the Mellow Mushroom in Tempe. Rushed up here today to celebrate my daughters 21st, and my wife and I took her to lunch and shopping. I have a KBS in the ice bucket at the hotel if I’m awake enough to drink it when we get back, cheers!
