Excellent one-time IPA from NEBCO featuring El Dorado, Citra, and Mosaic hops. Super fruity, with an emphasis on stone fruit and gummy candy. Delicious and extraordinarily drinkable.

Translucent orange, one finger billowy white foam cap settles to frothy layer, no lacings

Aroma of citrus, orange, grapefruit

Citrus hops over malts, hint of dank,

Lingering bitterness, not too sharp

Awesome pale ale as always, haven't had this in a long time. Fantastic head retention and thick soapy lacing on the glass. Aromas and flavors of big grapefruit, tangerine, lemon, peach, pineapple, passion fruit, citrus peel/rind, light pepper, and pine hops; with moderate honey, bready malt balance; and herbal, floral, grassy hop earthiness. Moderate pine, citrus peel/rind, herbal, grassy, peppery bitterness on the finish. Medium-high carbonation, medium body, and moderately crisp/clean finishing. Balanced bready/grainy malts and sticky hops in the mouthfeel. Light resins/rinds, increasing bitter dryness, no hop astringency. Very flavorful/refreshing, 5.75%. Perfectly balanced juicy, vibrant, and dank Citra hops; nice pale malt backbone, and no residual sweetness. Need to pick this up more often. Will need to redo the review I think. Not sure on this can dating, but it's definitely not that old.

Aromas and flavors of big lemon, peach, pear, red apple, melon, peppercorn, and light banana/clove yeast; with moderate wheat, cracker, white bready malts; herbal/floral/grassy hops and yeast earthiness. Moderately peppery yeast spiciness, and light herbal/grassy bitterness on the finish. Medium-high carbonation, light-medium body, and moderately crisp/clean finishing. Balanced bready/grainy malt and sticky hops/yeast in the mouthfeel. Moderate increasing spicy yeast/carbonated dryness. very flavorful/refreshing, 5.5%. Yea this is definitely better than I remember. They tweaked the recipe since when I reviewed it. 0.5% higher ABV. Really well rounded classic saison yeast complexity, with solid earthy hop presence and a spot on crisp/dry finish. Vivant is one of my favorite state local Belgian style breweries right now for sure. Their sour program is really excelling now too.

holy shit...the seahawks traded down..what a shocker. this was my second favorite beer from last year and im really signing on this years waldos..I'm thankful for lagunitas one hitter series

Dogfish Head Dragon and Yum Yums colorful pale ale - seems an appropriate beer while watching the showy opening of the Vegas-San Jose game!

What all have you had from them? And I've had some beers subpar and some great but this is probably the best IPA no doubt from them I've had. So in regards to this one I highly recommend. Wise Blood is a good one too.
