    Vigorous pour yields a 1/4 inch white head over a pink-orange body with no lacing as head dissipates down to a thin ring. Wonderful nose of orange and oak. Flavors follow aromas real well with the honey coming forward to sweeten the tartness of the orange. Good feel for the style and overall a delicious offering from Foam. Cheers!

    OMG...first time having this ever was in January, now almost a full 4 months later and I'm astonished that the April batch is just as fantastic. No one beats Hill Farmstead's hop game!

    Delicious witbier. Flavors of lemon, orange zest, pear, apple, coriander, peppercorn, clove, and light banana/bubblegum yeast; with balanced wheat, cracker, biscuit dough malts; herbal, floral, grassy hop/spice; and yeasty earthiness. Mild herbal bitterness, yeast spiciness, and wheat/tang tartness on the finish. Medium carbonation/body; great bready/grainy wheat creaminess, and slight spice stickiness in the mouthfeel. Slightly increasing bitter/spicy dryness. Refreshingly drinkable. A bit better than I remember when I reviewed it originally. Perfect balance of malt, spice, and yeast character. Really spot on stuff. Will definitely keep buying again. A go-to favorite now along with the Cigar City Florida Cracker.

    Fantastic coffee stout again this year. Flavors of big nutty dark roasted coffee, milk/dark chocolate, cocoa, caramel, toffee, brown sugar, and toasted dark bread; with lighter notes of vanilla, raisin, cherry, smoke, char, and herbal hops. Very complex and vibrant fruity/nutty coffee character. Light-moderate herbal hop and roast/char bitterness; great bittersweet balanced roasted finish. Medium-full bodied creamy, silky, velvety mouthfeel; light hop stickiness and chalky roast/coffee notes. Lightly increasing roasted dryness. Super smooth, minimal warming ABV. Amazingly rich, complex, and well balanced. Probably won't be my only 6 pack this year. Will get again if I see more. 2 cans left.
