    Waiting for Bahn Mi beer... I asked if it was a lager, homeboy said, yes.” Hmmm... it’s a wheat ale brewed with lemon grass, kafir lime and galangal (whatever that is). Was feelin’ a nice light lager... oh well, here we go:

    You're god damn right it's a great beer. I only have one left :slight_frown:

    Have you tried Yakima Fresh yet? It's better than Creeper and Bodhi IMO

    Fantastic DIPA again this year. Aromas and flavors of huge blood orange, guava, grapefruit, pineapple, peach, passion fruit, papaya, mango, melon, lemon, orange peel, and light pepper/pine hops; with some biscuity, light caramel malt balance; and herbal, floral, grassy hops earthiness. Light-moderate pine, citrus rind, herbal, grassy, spicy bitterness on the finish. Medium-plus bodied; balanced bready/grainy malts and sticky hops in the mouthfeel. Light resins/rinds and increasing bitter dryness; no hop/fruit astringency. Super bright/dank hops with balanced juicy orange/guava fruits; nice malty backbone without feeling sweet/heavy. Slightly warming 9%, dangerously drinkable despite it's aggressiveness. Definitely buying more. One of my favorite Short's beers for sure. Got some more of this and Superfluid singles today.

    Awesome DIPA. Great head retention/lacing on the glass. Aromas and flavors of big mango, peach, pineapple, apricot, grapefruit, tangerine, lemon zest, orange peel, light pepper, and pine hops; with moderate caramel, toasted bread malts; and herbal, floral, grassy hop earthiness. Light-moderate pine, citrus peel, herbal, grassy, spicy bitterness on the finish. Medium carbonation and medium-full body; balanced creamy/bready malts and sticky hops in the mouthfeel. Slight resins/rinds, increasing bitter dryness, no hop astringency. Dangerously smooth, mildly increasing warmth of 9%. Not as impressive as I remember when I first had it, but still delicious. Very juicy and lightly dank hop complexity; sizable malty backbone, but not overly sweet for a DIPA. Hope the availability gets better on the cans.

    Last can dated 3/20. Tasting phenomenal...straight up creamy OJ without being overly heavy and sweet

    Pretty sad that I only have 2 cans left. I definitely have to make my way back to the brewery someday

    I’ve found that Burlington ipas get better after a month or more in the can. This was a bit too pungent a few weeks ago when it was super fresh but it’s tasting way better after 5 weeks
