10+ hour wait for one 500ml bottle. . . I’m sleeping in this weekend.

 

Buddy texted. He said he’s currently standing in what is technically Wheaton

 

Any word on bottle count yet?

 

Have they given out the last wristband yet?

 

Just got my wristband and got in line at about 5:45 this morning, for whatever that's worth.

There are probably 150ish people behind me.

 

I'm somewhere near you then. There are roughly 250 people behind us. Somewhere between 700-800 in line now. Very smoothly run. Cops have come by twice and been very cool.

I understand people aren't happy about More's method choice but it's been run very well.

 

News helicopter overhead, this is more fuckery than I thought. Neighbors definitely won’t be happy now!

So you guys are telling me that the cops were rational with everything and were only looking to intervene if there was trouble like a fight or a passed out guy in a porto potty? I NEVER would have guessed.

 

How’s the bottle sharing looking so far?

 

It’s a noise ordinance, not a “no line up” ordinance. As long as things weren’t rowdy, it was obvious no one was gonna enforce anything.

I'm actually not partaking today but people seem fairly civil.

 

Arrived at 6:30 ish .... made half-mile walk to back of line, in line at 6:40, wristband secured at 7:00 .... no cutoff yet. Have no idea on how many people, but everyone chill and cool.
