    Wife’s a hospice nurse and she’s out seeing patients. So I cleaned the entire house including ceiling fans scrubbed the floors, went to the gym to do my daily cardio.

    So something ice cold that I can pound, I’m hot as hell and a bit tired, watching the Nathan’s choke on hot dog day. I’ll have a Shape of Hops later. Don’t forget ESPYS are on tonight.

    Exactly 15 months from packaging and tasting absolutely brilliantly. Weyerbacher knows how to make some world-class, barrel-aged beers. Gun-to-head, I still could not decide whether I would choose Sunday Morning Stout, Finally Legal or Blasphemy as a year-round offering from that crew in Easton, PA.

    Trust me I had them do it once and they had no idea what they were doing. After that I got another incline treadmill and an elliptical that I did myself.
