    Ah, back to the basics . . .

    Clear light gold color with white cap and lacing.

    Aroma of rich malt and floral, spicy hops with a touch of earthiness.

    Very good medium intensity Euro Style lager flavor with a firm hop bitterness in the finish. The malt carries through remaining rich yet dry and the hops burn up any sweetness resulting in a very dry flavor profile.

    Medium texture with balancing carbonation.

    Another quality Lager/Pils at Aldi prices.

    Man, I almost picked up a six of this at Total Wine and Liquor (off of Janitell) this morning...opted for Melvin Chuck Morris IIPA instead for my IPA fix...what's your take on Vallejo?
