    Making my beer cheese dip today. The recipe calls for a full 12 ounces of IPA or Pale Ale and I went with Dale's again.

    I think it's a little spicier than Hooter's. Next time I'll do a half a teaspoon of Cayenne pepper.
    I'll bake the pretzels later.


    It's another hotter than hell day in the MetroMess.

    This New Glarus Flute holds about 3 oz of beer. Quite the fancy drinking vessel, but not very practical. Cheers!

    Man, I need to get back on the WBAYDN wagon. Truth is, I haven’t been able to drink much since March because of stomach issues. Hopefully I’ll be able to be more fun come next month. Came up to Fuck Factory today for the Framrood release and thought I’d share these little gems. Right to left: Boysenberry Foeder saison, Black Raspberry foeder saison and Mullberry/BlackBerry Punchdown. Love what these guys are doing. Cheers BA!

    Spent the afternoon catching Blue Crabs with the family and a lot of All Day. The catch isn't large for the time we spent but the fun was large,

    DDH "Wild" IPA brewed with wild apple juice, very nice stuff. Heidenpeter's are definitely one of the top notch German craft breweries right now. Not in a million years would you guess that this easy-drinking sour ale has a whooping 8.2% ABV.
