I'm not the biggest Gose connoisseur, but thought this was an absolutely fantastic beer

 

Starting veggies for the fried rice.



While starting a couple of chops for Mrs. Ozone and me and having another Summit.

 

Rain drove me indoors. Having some Soupman Lobster Bisque paired with this, works for me.

 

New baby brother IPA to my favorite local tailgating and nature beer.

That’s “outside the perimeter” for those not familiar with Atlanta’s terminology.

Floral hop notes, some sweet malt backbone. Not a bad IPA.

Daily lager review from Slovakia. Delicious Czech Pils. Fantastic head retention/soapy lacing on the glass. Aromas and flavors of cracker, white bread dough, and lightly toasted biscuit malts; with some herbal, grassy, light peppery hops. Touch of fruity/skunky notes in the aromas, but not overwhelming. Light-moderate herbal, grassy, peppery bitterness on the finish. Medium carbonation, light-medium body, and fairly crisp/clean finishing. Bready/grainy malts and some sticky hops in the mouthfeel. Light-moderate increasing lingering bitter dryness, no hop astringency. Very flavorful/refreshing, 4.7%, not watery at all. Very clean lagering, minimal fruity/yeasty notes. Spot on stuff, very well made. Clean pils malts and balancing Saaz hops. Not overly bitter/drying. 3.91

Aromas and flavors of big lemon, lime, citrus peel/zest, tangerine, grapefruit, peach, pear, apricot, pineapple, passion fruit, white grape, mango, melon, guava, berry, and light peppercorn/pine hops; with moderate wheat, cracker, white bready malts; and herbal, floral, grassy hop earthiness. Light-moderate pine, citrus peel/rind, herbal, grassy, peppery bitterness on the finish. Medium carbonation. light-medium body, and fairly crisp finishing. Bready/grainy wheat and some sticky hops/citrus in the mouthfeel. Light-moderate increasing bitter dryness, minimal astringency. Very flavorful/refreshing, 5.3%. Galaxy, Nelson, and Summer hops. Great balance of juicy, vibrant, dank, and earthy hop complexity with lemon/lime zest; solid pale/wheat malt backbone, with minimal residual sweetness. I loved it. 4.03
