After a long week on the road, it’s good to be home. This hop bomb is hitting the spot.

And I absolutely LOVE the glass - should’ve purchased 2 (at least). Rookie move on my part.

An ice cold bottle of Rolling Rock that my brother in law left in the refrigerator last weekend. It’s not my favorite by any means but the price was right! Cheers BA’s

Do you give those titles? I'd call that one The Little Dog Laughed to See Such Sport :sunglasses:

Delicious fruit lager. Great head retention/lacing on the glass. Aromas of big juicy pears and fruit peels; with lighter notes of cracker, white bread dough malts; and mild herbal/grassy hop earthiness. Very mild herbal/grassy bitterness and fruit tartness on the finish. Medium carbonation, light-medium body, and moderately crisp/cleaning finishing. Some bready/grainy malt; light sticky hops and fruit acidity in the mouthfeel. Lightly increasing lingering tart/bitter dryness. Perfectly clean lagering, no yeasty notes. Very flavorful/refreshing. 4.9%. Not watery at all. Really big fan. Great authentic pear flavors with clean pils malts, and mild earthy hops against sweetness. Really well done. 3.9

Very nice SIPA. Fantastic head retention and thick lacing on the glass. Aromas and flavors of juicy pineapple, tangerine, lemon, grapefruit, peach, passion fruit, mango, melon, citrus peel/rind, light pepper, and pine hops; with moderate wheat, cracker, white bread dough malts; and herbal, floral, grassy hop earthiness. Light-moderate pine, citrus peel/rind, herbal, grassy, peppery bitterness on the finish. Medium carbonation, light-medium body, and moderately crisp finishing. Balanced bready/grainy malt and sticky/resinous/rindy hops in the mouthfeel. Moderate increasing resin dryness, some lingering hop astringency but not overwhelming. Very flavorful and pretty refreshing, 4.5%. Not watery. Nice balance of juicy pineapples/Citra hops, some dank/earthy notes; with a nice malt backbone for the ABV. Easy drinking. 3.86

Missed the edit window, but need to say that beer that was supposed to be Alone in a Crowded Room certainly was not according to other pictures. So I have no idea what was actually in that last glass on the right...

I would think that the "people on this site" try their best. Are you a cicerone?

Am I doing this right? I mean, I am part German, but they moved to Switzerland before coming over here.

A true liter this time, so I can technically tell my wife I am drinking less beer than before

The rules of freshness seriously need to change. Haha! That is still fresh!

Glad the Monday to Friday workweek has ended. Now a bit of a working weekend to come.

Started with some Grimm Sunroof but wow that did not work for me. Nothing wrong with it, but just a sort of earthy / peppery note that I didn’t like. So called an audible (life is too short) and went for some headroom.
