3 Sheeps needs to get into MN

 

They were in Minnesota 3-4 years ago, and they couldn't be given away from a retail perspective.

 

They come a long way since then and have a lot of cool beers in their lineup now.

 

went on a Oktoberfest beer run to WI today, Hit Hudson and Eau Claire. Chicones in Hudson has a impressive selection of Oktoberfest beer. Including Fox River, Tyranena, Great Lakes, Pearl Street, Capital, Lakefront, Old Style, New Glarus, Hinterland, plus a bunch more. I spent about 200 dollars on mostly Oktoberfest beers today. I bought the last 6 pack of Bent Tuba at chicones, but they may have more in the back

Buy them when there fresh and buy them before there sold out. Last year I noticed they were fading and starting to slip downhill at the end of September. On a side note Central Waters is good this year. It sucked last year. Only buy CW if want a sweet malty syrupy Oktoberfest beer

 

Casanova posted on Twitter that the Nova will be pouring 'Lunch', 'Mo', and 'Peeper' starting on Tuesday, 8/21. The message concludes that bottles will hopefully be available this week also.

 

Casanova, Spirit Seller and Chicones will get bottles Wednesday, Hudson Liquor, Devine and Dicks Hometown (RF) will get it Friday. A very limited amount will be dropping about once every six weeks....that's it.

 

Any Odell Cloud Catcher sightings in the cities yet?

 

Interesting... I wonder if something has changed. It's one that I consistently seek out now when in MN. Fresh Coast is damn good.

 

Any August TG Pompeii sightings out there? Coming up with only 6/26... 7/25 was delicious.

 

Hudson got it this week

 

Fresh Coast is a pretty new beer for them. I’m not sure if it went to MN before they left.

 

Top Valu on Central has it.

 

France44 and MGM Eagan. I'm guessing it will be widespread with today's deliveries.

 

I thought their beers were average back then, but average beer can still sell well. IMO, their poor sales was due to them making styles people don't want to buy. Good for them if they've rectified that.

 

Has anyone seen bottles of BADSDB around? I saw them sit for quite a while but nowhere recently.
