Got lucky and had a new limited release from Marsh island brewing delivered to me today! “We’re Just Friends” a 7% NEIPA. Damn these boys from Orono Maine are killin it! They collaborated with cre8iv company for this one!

 

Probably my favorite ipa from trillium!

Good evening BAs. There are so many flashbacks I have to Sep 11, 2001 as I was in NYC that morning at work. Being in midtown I can still smell the jet fuel that was spilled on our soil that seemed like it was sprinkled on my shoes despite being 2 miles away. I certainly can't forget but I choose to just remember some colleagues and friends who perished that day. Cheers to them all the heroes who worked tirelessly on that day and for many days to follow.... and I also pray for the chicken shits who chose to evacuate out buildings with bomb scares for the next 3 weeks. Having just drain-poured a can of the disgusting (both in appearance and flavor) Untitled Art Strawberry Milkshake IPA, I have moved on to greener pastures... or have I?



Review here! Hint: it's better than I initially thought it would be, but I still don't think it quite deserves the hype... just my opinion. Mosaic focused/single-hopped strong pale ales are by far one of the most inconsistent breeds of beer in the world. This brew certainly highlights that, for better or worse.
