I think this is the best beer I’ve ever had from Eau Claire, Wisconsin. Things of That Nature - Irregardless Double Dry Hopped IPA with Galaxy and Mosaic!

 

Hacker-Pschorr Oktoberfest in a stein that my wife got from her Grandmother.

When I’m prepping inexpensive cuts of meat, I often crush over the top potatoes chips for a flavor coating - tonight thin cut pork chops, quick soak in milk then a roll in the chips. Red wine / Olive oil in the fry pan. Cantillon Kriek 100% Lambic Bio in my glass:

 

Man, in pouring my, taking a picture and sitting down the Bacs responsed with a TD, hoping the Eagles can put some more points on the board before the half. Enjoying some some 2SP DelcoFest to celebrate the Birds first great drive, just putting this out there besides the two 75 yard TDs the Eagles have been shutting down the Bucs, hoping they get the W, cheers!

that glassware to nice

 

Clear light golden color with white cap and lacing.

Aroma of solid malt and citrus hops.

Taste is malty and citusy in about equal measure. Very good flavors and well blended together. The citrus elements work so well together I really can't find one sticking out but I do get a sense of something I can only call orange. Flavors are consistent and finish on a mild, refreshing hop note.
