Lots of incredible citrus hop aroma and some acidic and fruity blood orange. Loads of sediment falls to the bottom. Nothing subtle here, but impressive:

Nice positive spin JZ, I dig it my beermigo! So here is my answer to Southern Tier Warlock. Ten Fidy $14.49 a four rack and this excellent Pumkin beer $10.99 almost taste the same and maybe better. SawDog505 Warlock and it will go much further money wise. I will purchase 2 Ten Fidy 4 packs and one 6 pack of Elysian a total of $38.97 as compared to $18 a 4 pack of Warlock $36 and still have 2 Ten Fidys to relax with. Saving some money and drinking almost the same thing. Really tasty.[IMG]

Moderate pour yields a one slightly off white head over a deep amber or copper body with scant lacing. Nose of pumpkin and spice and everything ni...where was I? Oh yeah. the taste is where the pumpkin pie comes into full effect, very tasty, and just shy of becoming over the top with the spice. Good feel and overall, I would drink this again, at an autumn party with the aforementioned everything nice dragging me along.
    Cheers!!!

Excellent sour as usual from Stillwater. Aromas and flavors of big lightly tart lemon, lime, grapefruit, orange, peach, pear, pineapple, passion fruit, red/green apple, mango, melon, guava, berry, white grape/wine, fruit skin, hay, straw, herbal, floral, and grass; with some wheat/crackery malts; light musty funk, and yeast earthiness. Light fruity/lactic tartness, fruit tang, and yeast spiciness on the finish. Medium-high carbonation, light-medium body, and moderately crisp/clean finishing. Balanced grainy malt, acidity, fruit tang, and light sticky hops in the mouthfeel. Moderate increasing tart/tangy/carbonated dryness; no puckering. Very flavorful/refreshing, 5%. Not overly lactic. This is a lot less lactic/puckering than the Dry Cry I had previously, but pretty similar(muscat instead of Riesling grapes). Very well balanced Brett complexity, grapes, and citrus/tropical hops; with a solid pale/wheat malt backbone against acidity. Always impressive wild ales. I keep buying more singles.

Awesome IPA. Aromas and flavors of big ruby grapefruit, tangerine, lemon, peach, pear, pineapple, apricot, passion fruit, papaya, mango, melon, guava, berry, citrus peel/zest, light peppercorn, and pine hops; with moderate cracker, white bread, light biscuity malts; and herbal, floral, grassy hop earthiness. Moderate pine, citrus peel/rind, herbal, floral, grassy, peppery bitterness on the finish. Medium carbonation/body, and moderate crisp finishing. Balanced bready/grainy malts and sticky hops in the mouthfeel; light resins/rinds. Light-moderate increasing bitter dryness, no hop astringency. Very drinkable and pretty refreshing, not overly aggressive. El Dorado/Mosaic showcase was spot on. Very juicy, vibrant, and fairly dank/earthy balanced hop complexity; solid pale malt backbone, with no residual sweetness.

This is from Common Roots in South Glen Falls, NY... It's a Galaxy hop brew, 8% abv - I really dig it - I bought a 4-pack after having picked up a couple of cans to try last week - it's got something like passion fruit and peach characteristics, with citrusiness muddled throughout... Mildly bitter and moderately sweet, plush feel and medium-light-weight body... Simple, solid and enjoyable New England-style DIPA...

    Cheers, bro!
