    Tried to get to Triple Crossing Brewery but the highway was a nightmare. Got off the highway (which took 20 minutes) and decided to hit Total Wine. Picked up a couple of local brews and Maduro, the best bown ale on the planet.

    Small but solid haul from today. Hit a couple stores trying to track down Curmudgeon’s Better Half. Didn’t find the Curmudgeon but was shocked to find the Spon and Cake Break on the shelf.

    Canned this morning at von Trapp and delivered later to Stowe Beverage. I was sitting at the bar at Doc Ponds when Tim delivered cans and a keg. He told me it was an hour old! I just had to go back up the Mountain Road!!! Gotta love living in a town of 4,000 with 3 breweries!

    I also ordered a Founders Barrel Runner (Rum-barrel aged DIPA) but the bottle arrived broken :slight_frown: They have already sending me a new one.

    The good thing about living on the border of two states? More beer options. I don't think I can get Maplewood in Indiana yet. Correct me if i'm wrong guys. The bad thing about it? Choosing whether to drive to Will County to skip on taxes. Chose that option. Probably fresher too and better selection. Now it's a beautiful fall day and I want to skip work and go to the woods. Fuck. Hamms is just because I'm out of Hamms and it was $11.99 which is only the second cheapest i've seen it
