    Payment Oktoberfest.

    Tawny body, on the copper brown side. Perfectly clear. 2 fingers of beige, soapy head that dissipates quickly leaving a weak cap and light trailing lace.
    Delicate and layered dough and grain with some earthy and medicinal hops. A prefect tease of what is to come.
    Toasted bread, roasted grains then caramel mingle with a medicinal, grassy hop balance. The perfectly smooth and fluffy mouth feel is balanced by the finish which is just dry enough and with a touch of spice and alcohol.

    This is the bar for the style of export marzens. If you rated one higher I guess I will be the one to tell you that you are just wrong. Perfect balance, wonderful mouth feel and just the right amount of carbonation and finish.
