Okay. Federal Express claimed the box was "damaged" and that everything not damaged was being returned. When I received the return box, the only thing left was the glass. In other words, all of the beers were "lost." I think someone just drank them. Thankfully, I had more of the "mystery" beer, the sour from Cape May, and the DHop 5 from Equilibrium. The second box had a better beer from Bolero Snort than the first one and I replaced a Quad from Kane with a Quad from Czig Meister. I think the Czig Meister is better. The only real loss was a bottle of Unironic Tweed, a Barleywine from Rushing Duck. It was my last bottle so I couldn't replace it.

Had two more boxes shown as delivered today. You wouldn't know there whereabouts would you @larryi86? Just wondering if they arrived intact.

    I think you're low.

    By a lot.

    Unless you're quoting Canadian ounces.

Enjoy, there was one fallen soldier, I might have to send that later with a special release from 2SP later this month. Also I would never send scrapple in jest, I order scrapple as a side over bacon when it is an option.

I think your guess is closest so far.

And I think it will end up being low.

That sounds like about the worst case possible. I’m overjoyed with the boxes that made it safe, and I’m sure you hit the nail on the head when you said that someone from fedex is drinking all that good beer. Sounds like you were out quite a bit. I think I should make sure FedEx makes it up to you.

So turns out there is a box chilling on my stoop from @Blackop555

The mrs called and said the damn thing nearly broke the step. Damage pics as soon I survey it!

Henry I certainly hope you didn’t do anything foolish!!!!!!!

Ok, first the good news: today I found out that Monday is a holiday and I have work off. Pending any plans the wife might have for me, I'm looking forward to a more robust NBS than usual.

    There is no bad news.

My box opening beer was lovingly provided by @Dragginballs76 :

Boy Dance Party from Heist, a DIPA and the first I've tried from them. Fantastic name. I don't think I've ever gotten this much melon from an IPA before, really interesting! A bit dank, a bit earthy, and a little tingle on the tip of my toungue that I've only ever gotten from Trillium beers in the past. Thanks Mike!

I open @jhavs brick of a box (seriously, I wish I could explain how heavy and solid this is, Jon is a serious packing ninja):

    Holy shit!

From left (and in the order I pulled them out):
A very shiny mystery beer. Into the fridge you go, I'll see you Sunday.
Tree House Expressionism - an imperial stout
Tree House Hold On To Sunshine - coffee milk stout
    Trillium Mosaic Cutting Tiles DIPA
Austin Street Anodyne American IPA - it was around here that I realized that I was making involuntary noises and laughing loudly each time I revealed a brew.
    Bissell Brothers Lux rye ale
Allagash Coolship Cerise - I LOVE Allagash, and have been lusting after the Coolship series. So excited to try one!
    Allagash Coolship Resurgam - !!!!
Maine Brewing Dinner - a HUGE want, and bottled 9/28?!?

Jon, I can't thank you enough! You crushed this, and I'm thrilled that you are my sender! Cheers and Go Pats!

Welp! I'm finally home from my fun day. Now to inspect the shells that @FlintB caused so much damage with. And it arrived very early, so work being across the street from FedEx is helpful sometimes.

Oh, my! This was a serious attack. Watermark Brewing Moon Boots, King Prawn, Mission to Mars, and Slippery Bob

Transient Artisan Ales Flightless, Crunchy Groove, Moo Juice, Softly Spoken Ryes, and Hazy Like A Fox.

    New Orthodox Cart Horse
    One Well Brewing Ripped Right

Oh, my! And, this note was in it:

Got to have a war party and decide where the Iowa/South Dakota/Minnesota shells will be launched at. Someone is getting Punk'd.

After 13 hours of work I come home to two boxes!!!
Upon farther inspection I notice it is no other than @JBowenGeorgia, I guess that other box from him was more of a warning shot instead of the ninja box I assumed it was. Time to open them!
Sours, some with fruit, all sorts of fun barrel aged stouts, barrel aged saisons, and even an IPA in a bottle (I didn’t realize you could still get those:wink:). Definitely going to have a few fun Sundays ahead of me!

I had so much fun opening that box I almost forgot I had a second to open!
Got some IPAS, including a s’mores milkshake, a black lager, tropical wheat, some random Swedish beer, two mystery beers, hot sauce and both pork and beef jerky!

Oh, I almost forgot that there was a glass as well
    [IMG]

I am just overwhelmed with how great these boxes are, can’t wait to try these mystery beers, love that @JBowenGeorgia even told me when to drink them! Thank you @JBowenGeorgia for crushing me!!!

Had the same thing happen with a box someone sent me. I show up to pick up what was not damaged and 8 beers were missing.
