Having been to Angry Chair, I will assume that the crowler is some sort of (flavored) stout, which they do very well. Looks like it says “IR”. Like Sunshine City, I will always gladly accept some Maple Bacon Coffee Porter. The Boss Tycoon is intriguing because it says coconut and macadamia nut and I don’t recall having any J. Wakefield before. The Punch it Chewie can is going into the collection for sure.

Crowler is indeed a pastry stout, IR = Insulin Resistance lol. Noticed on your profile you liked MBCP in the past so I figured you’d enjoy it again. Would’ve included more J Wake but the box I got the bottles in broke on the way to my car so 3 of my 13 broke unfortunately. Be prepared for something coming within the next month to replace that cycle bottle. Those mystery beers should be interesting as they use similar hops, but one from a really famous brewery and one is from a lesser known one.

 

I’ll be your huckleberry. Just wait till all the madness calms down. @Mipper is right about the black raz, it’s phenomenal!

Just wanted to let everyone know that both sides of the war have been having discussion about a cease-fire.

I think both sides have taken some really good hits and people have been crazy generous. But with @FlintB still finding beer all over his house. The nuke Dan drop on me, and what’s going to happen to poor @CanConPhilly today, I think both sides are ready to work something out.

I know that some people have plans to get some boxes out early next week. I’m hoping after those land later next week, we will be able to have some truce discussions. Some people will obviously have to be willing to receive a small thank you box.

One example is that Dan has agreed to let me send him a small thank you box without fear of payback. These are the first steps to ending this war. Hopefully!!!

I also would like to note that I or any of us would never want to discourage generous BA’s from sending beer. By the looks of some of awesomely crazy boxes people have dropped on their targets, there is a long list of others in this BIF who deserve a nice box or 5.

 

I just hope that outside agitators don't take actions that would threaten this cease fire.

Shit! Just got a damaged package exception from FedEx. This can't be anything but a delivery guy THROWING the package around or ripping me off. The box was in Philly yesterday, and out for delivery this morning. I'm not happy.

I have been 50-50 with getting on the phone right away and being able to pick up with FedEx. Out of 4 (1 I could pick up on the way to me and 1 on the way to someone else).

And you believe @Vidblain and @Dragginballs76 will agree as well. We proved our point and this was all in good fun.

I do realize that boxes here and there will still fly and believe you me we love to see that. But for those of you that have jumped in or picked up ammo for this war I urge you to consider sending to someone that hasn’t been hit yet or is less fortunate than you.

After all the whole point of this war was to spread the love around a bit. So cheers you maniacs!
