So I keep trying to get @Dragginballs76 name off my list of people I new to send beer, and he just keeps putting it right back on there:



This is a ridiculously loaded box of beer right here. My first ever sours from wicked weed, my first ever bottled sours from Westbrook, and like 7 wants or something. The French toast and Sexual Chocolate are big time wants. And to top it off you sent a freaking Arthur, a huge want. I am a big fan of HF, and I am super excite to try this one.

Mike thank you very much for the generosity. These bad boys will keep me busy for a while. Also, don't worry its a long list, but someday it will be your turn.

 

Oh shit. I forgot about the seat cushion. Nice to see it is still going strong. Why do I feel like I will have it again??

 

Wicked Weed stuff is good. Including that French Toast

 

Sure sounds like she is. "Sounds like liquid" is why I ship "lava lamps".

I’ve had to bring homemade maple syrup and sauces to the post office to keep the ruse going!

Thank god I gave up saying snow globes!

 

Uh, guys, I’ve only unpacked 1 of @FlintB ’s boxes, and I’m already buried. It’s gonna take a couple more beers to get everything out and lined up. Pics to follow.

 

Now I am worried.. I got a box dropping today. I have had FedEx and UPS deliver boxes late but never destroyed.

 

Can't wait to see it.

Awesome! I’m drinking the bottle from @FFFjunkie this weekend then. You bring that one to the share in case I want to try it again.

 

Being married to me for 28 years has made her very ..... adaptable.

Especially during the beer nerd years.

 

My Target has taken a small hit today.

 

This is what we have to deal with when shipping beer.

 

Been following this all day, but was too busy at work to chime in. This is what I fear every time I ship any box. I’ve heard some real horror stories but have only lost 2 of the 200+ boxes I’ve shipped. One of mine had a really nice bottle in it too. It was unreplaceable and I was beside myself. They wouldn’t even let me file my $100 claim! Everything was destroyed(enjoyed by some FedEx employee) and I got the nasty “don’t ship alcohol” letter. I almost stopped shipping beer altogether. That is when I switched from fedex to UPS. At least for about a year. I recently found a receiving center that ships USPS and fedex. I only take the FedEx option when it’s cheaper by a good margin. I was really nervous for @SammyJaxxxx box this week. I chose fedex, it was heavy as hell, and it wasn’t exactly the quietest box I’ve ever sent. I now feel fortunate for that making the trip safely.

Big B, I’m sorry that you are going through this. I am reliving my old nightmare right with you. If you need/want anything for a replacement box, I would be more than happy to send something along. Hang in there!

 

Thanks man. I won't know for sure what was in the box until I see @CanConPhilly 's pics, but I think I know and... most of the best stuff may have been in there. I won't torture myself or Matt any more than that, but let me know if you're curious because I will be cross referencing against the pics I sent my alliance.

On hour #2 now of unpacking @FlintB ’s boxes. I shit you not. The fact there was ANOTHER box...on top of all of this...just blows my mind.
